Can run emby ?Yes, our NAS supports running Emby.
Can i run virtual machines/ VMs?Yes, we support virtual machines (VMs) that can run both locally and remotely.
Does it Provide NFS?Yes, our NAS provides NFS (Network File System) for file sharing.

What video formats are supported?Common video formats include mp4, mov, wmv, flv, etc. Common audio formats include mp3, wav, flac, wma, ogg, etc.

Can AI Clip be used independently of NAS?The current functions of AI Clip are all based on NAS and cannot be used independently of NAS for the time being.
Can I install the app myself?It is not supported for now, and support will be considered based on the situation in the future.
Where will the app's data be stored?Open Files, and you can find an "AppFolder" on the left side. The data of all apps in the AppStore will be stored in this directory.
What types of data sources are supported?Data sources from SD/TF/USB Port interfaces are all supported.
What types of cards or files are supported?1. We have tested most SD/TF/Portable SSDs, USB flash drives, etc., and they are mostly supported.
2. For file verification, supported formats include md5 and hash64 verification.
Where should I check to confirm that the backup has been completed?You can view the specific copying progress of each task in the cocard.
Can it ensure data consistency?Sure. You can enable file verification in the software to ensure data consistency. If the verification fails, it will display a verification failure message.
Will a backup failure or interruption affect data security?Of course, it will not affect the security of the original data. If the backup fails, it is recommended to try backing up again.

What type of file system does NAS use?We support btrfs, but other formats are not supported for the time being.
If I plug in a disk from another device (not formatted by Zettlab NAS), can I read the data?You cannot directly access and read data through the SATA interface of Zettlab NAS.

Does it support hardware RAID?ZettOS does not support the hardware RAID mode.

What are the differences in user permissions?ZettOS supports administrator users and ordinary users. Ordinary users can only access the folders permitted by the administrator, while administrators have the highest management privileges.
