| Does it support custom images and videos? | Currently not supported. If there is support in the future, we will release a version update. |
| Does the LCD screen support touch? | Not supported. It is only used to display the information and status of the entire device. |
| Is it possible to customize colors? | Users can configure their preferred color and mode (256W colors). The speed can be adjusted in 10 levels. |
| Zettlab will have Thunderbolt 4 however the website only states USB4, which is it? | Zettlab NAS have USB4. The USB4 Can be directly connected, but the specific plan is still under development. |
| Which brands of SD cards are supported? | It supports most mainstream brands. |
| What type of GPU is it going to differ between models? (D6 Ultra and D8 will have an external GPU for the AIGC? I know the models show more TOPS, but was wondering if that is due to a GPU upgrade?) | D6/8 Ultra used Intel Ultra 5 125H GPU, no external GPU. |
| Are the dual 10G interfaces on the D6 Ultra/D8 Ultra compatible with SFP+? | Not supported.Only support RJ45 Port |
| Is it normal for the appearance to have scratches? | Abnormal. Normal shipments should not have scratches. |
| What is the power consumption of the D4/D6 and D6U/D8U? | Maximum power consumption without hard drive for D6/D4 models: 18W with the D6 model, idle power consumption is around 5–18W, depending on whether background tasks like AI services are running. We’ll be releasing more detailed power usage data for different use cases soon. |
| What is the noise level of the D4/D6 and D6U/D8U? | The maximum noise level for the D6 and D6U models is 51.2 dB, while the D4 model has a maximum noise level of 50 dB. These noise levels fall within the normal range for the industry and should not impact daily use. In addition to the two fans that provide active heat dissipation, the CPU in the Ultra version will come with a dedicated blower for improved heat management. |
